“We had been looking for the perfect house, but seemed to always find things that need to be changed, renovated, or just weren’t in the area we wanted to be in. That’s when we found a great floor plan getting ready to be built in a neighborhood we loved. We were not sure how to start the home building process and so we met with KPM Construction owners Kelly & Jamie McHugh to discuss customizing the home they were getting ready to build. We were familiar with their work since we had actually bought our previous home from them. From the start they made it easy to customize the plans and incorporate our vision all along the way. Both Kelly and Jamie were so patient and helped guide our decisions along the way and it was wonderful. My best lesson learned in the process is the quote inspired by Jamie’s dad “Think long, you think wrong!” Honestly I can’t imagine having built our home with anyone else!
